These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you (the "Player", "User", or "Account Holder") and tabet (the "Platform", "Company", or "We") governing your use of the tabet website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, crash games, promotional offers, and customer support interactions.

By completing the tabet account registration process, by depositing funds into your tabet account, or by placing any bet or wager through the tabet platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their contents, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. 2.3 One Account Policy

If tabet determines that a player holds or has held more than one account — whether registered under the same or different personal details — tabet reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any outstanding bets or bonuses, and withhold any balance pending a full investigation. Players who have had a previous account closed are not permitted to open a new account without the express written permission of tabet's compliance team.

2.4 Account Verification (KYC)

tabet may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal request, or at any other point during the account lifecycle. Acceptable KYC documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driver's licence for identity verification, and a bank statement, utility bill, or mobile banking transaction statement for address and payment method verification. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by tabet may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.

2.5 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your tabet login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. 3.1 Supported Payment Methods

tabet currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladesh-based players:

• Bank Transfers: Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank

tabet does not accept cash deposits, cryptocurrency payments, or payments via international debit or credit cards. All payment methods used for withdrawal must match the payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to tabet's discretion in individual cases.

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on tabet is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account. There is no maximum single-deposit limit, though tabet may apply enhanced due diligence procedures for deposits above certain thresholds in accordance with its internal compliance policies.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

3.4 Currency

All tabet account balances are maintained in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied or available. Players must ensure that their payment method is configured to send and receive funds in BDT.

3.5 Transaction Responsibility

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all payment details submitted during deposit and withdrawal requests. tabet will not be liable for any delays or losses arising from incorrect account numbers, mobile numbers, or bank details provided by the player. Once a withdrawal has been processed and dispatched to the nominated payment destination, tabet bears no responsibility for delays attributable to the receiving financial institution or mobile banking provider.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

tabet currently offers a 200% welcome bonus on a new player's first qualifying deposit. To receive the welcome bonus, a player must register a new tabet account, complete any required verification steps, and make a qualifying first deposit of at least the published minimum deposit amount. The bonus is credited as bonus funds to the player's account and is not immediately withdrawable.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds issued by tabet are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings can be withdrawn. 4.4 Bonus Validity Period

All bonus funds issued by tabet carry a validity period, which is specified in the individual promotion's terms. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated validity period, the bonus funds and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically. The validity period begins at the moment the bonus is credited to the player's account.

4.5 Bonus Abuse

tabet actively monitors accounts for patterns of bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, coordinated wagering across multiple accounts, and any other behaviour that tabet determines to be an attempt to exploit promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is identified, tabet reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any associated winnings, and close the account without notice.

Gambling on tabet should be an enjoyable form of entertainment. tabet strongly discourages gambling as a means of generating income or as a solution to financial difficulty. Players are encouraged to set personal spending and time limits before commencing play and to review those limits regularly.

tabet provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible directly from within the account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period before the increase is applied.

7.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

tabet may suspend or permanently close a player's account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity or payment information
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity
• Holding more than one tabet account in violation of the one-account policy
• Use of automated software, bots, or scripted tools to interact with the platform
• Collusion, match-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate game outcomes
• Repeated abuse of promotional offers or bonus terms
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within the specified period
• Player request (voluntary account closure)

7.2 Effect of Account Closure

Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining (excluding bonus funds and associated winnings under investigation) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, subject to satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements. Bonus balances and any winnings generated from bonus funds at the time of closure for cause will be forfeited. 8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tabet's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real money deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability claim. tabet shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from a player's use of or inability to use the tabet platform.

8.3 Intellectual Property

All content on the tabet platform — including but not limited to the tabet brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, and written content — is the intellectual property of tabet or its licensed content providers. Players may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any tabet content without express prior written authorisation.

8.4 Third-Party Content

Games available on tabet are provided under licence from third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. tabet is not the developer of these games and is not responsible for any errors, malfunctions, or RTP deviations within the game software itself, provided that tabet has taken reasonable steps to partner with reputable, independently audited providers.

8.5 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which tabet is registered. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by direct communication between the player and tabet's support team may be referred to the appropriate dispute resolution process as notified by tabet from time to time.

8.6 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect to the maximum extent permitted by law.

8.7 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the tabet Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game-specific or promotion-specific rules, constitute the entire agreement between the player and tabet with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature.
